The firm
Solid values: impeccable quality, constant demands and unfailing support.

The creation of YourSide was born from a shared desire to build a company that promotes solid values: impeccable quality, consistent high standards, and unwavering support. For the three partners, who have held all the roles in the Candidate-Client-Consultant trio, this entrepreneurial adventure was a no-brainer.
YourSide was founded in August 2021 by Caroline Galliaerde and Pierre-Olivier Landry , two recruitment experts driven by a shared conviction: to consider each candidate with respect, kindness and empathy.
We take the time to understand backgrounds, listen carefully, and deliver a positive experience—through a rigorous recruitment process based on demanding criteria and structured assessment.
The complementarity of the two founders, nourished by solid international experience in their respective careers, has enabled the creation of a firm that stands out for its constant professionalism and its strong desire to rigorously support both its clients and its candidates.
"Your success is our priority. At YourSide, we believe that every individual possesses a unique talent, and we are committed to helping everyone flourish in their career path. We make it a point of honor to offer a personalized service, combining quality, rigor, and support throughout the recruitment process, whether for the client or the candidate."
The partners
Caroline Galliaerde
Founding Partner
Caroline began her professional life as a labor law attorney while pursuing her doctorate in labor law. She quickly developed a passion for human trajectories and organizational dynamics, which naturally led her to recruitment consulting.
In 1999, she joined an international recruitment firm as a consultant in the Human Resources practice, and quickly became Senior Manager.
In 2004, she left for Russia to take on an ambitious challenge: joining one of the leaders in local recruitment and executive search. She spent sixteen exciting years there, including eight as Managing Director. A human, intercultural, and entrepreneurial adventure, she further refined her high standards, her strategic sense... and her conviction that people are at the heart of all lasting success.
Returning to France in 2019, Caroline co-founded YourSide with Pierre-Olivier. Their ambition: to create a recruitment consultancy in their own image, where attentiveness, high standards, and authenticity are not optional extras, but foundations.
“I am guided by a fundamental need: to be useful to the world. I deeply believe that everyone has a unique talent within them and that it is by cultivating it that we achieve excellence. My mission is to help reveal it, so that everyone can flourish in a meaningful professional project.”
At the same time, I'm obsessed with quality and customer satisfaction. High standards, respect for commitments, and authenticity in human relationships are the driving forces that guide me in this profession, which I've practiced with passion for 25 years.
With YourSide, I fully realize the alliance of these two essential ambitions."

Pierre-Olivier Landry
Founding Partner
His vocation, international: After studying law (DEA in Social Law at Paris II Assas), Pierre-Olivier joined PSA as a lawyer in social law before joining a recruitment firm in Paris, where he created the subsidiary in Portugal 3 years later (2000-2002). He continued his career for this firm in Italy (2002-2004). In 2004, he began his career as HR Director with an initial EMEA scope (REGUS, 2004-2011) followed by a more international role (KANTAR MEDIA, 2011-2015) before two truly global experiences (GEODIS, three years and CEVA Logistics, two and a half years, at the head of an HR scope of 60,000 employees). With the creation of Yourside in 2021, he is driven by the desire to create a human company and to do this job by highlighting three essential aspects:
Impeccable quality
A constant requirement
Seamless support for clients and candidates.
“Back to my first love, I am delighted to once again act as a recruitment consultant very differently from what I was able to do during my first professional experience in this industry (1996-2004).
What I have learned over seventeen years as an HR Director and what I have experienced during my twelve months of job searching (120 interviews conducted with recruitment agencies and companies) lead me to commit to treating our two "clients", the one who is recruiting and the one who is recruited, with the same attention. Each of these two stakeholders will thus benefit from the same consideration, the same quality of listening and an equivalent service, in the mutual interest of both parties. I wish to promote career development in the interest of our two "clients", the company that is recruiting, as well as the candidate who decides to change their professional life upon our advice. Devoting time to the latter, giving them visibility on the progress of the recruitment process, answering their questions, coaching them throughout the recruitment process, this is our mission and our duty. The company that uses our services will benefit from this quality relationship, because we speak on its behalf."
Pierre-Henri Alaguillaume
Partner
A graduate in law (Panthéon-Assas University) and Ciffop, Pierre-Henri Alaguillaume held HR director positions for 23 years in major French companies, Schneider Electric, Saint-Gobain and Verallia, then CMA CGM in the Antilles prior to returning to mainland France, and finally CEVA Logistics.
Pierre-Henri, passionate about recruitment, discovered YourSide in 2021, first as a client, before joining the entrepreneurial adventure within the firm in 2023
His background demonstrates in-depth expertise in talent management, management and communication, reinforced by significant experience in complex industrial environments.
"I discovered YourSide when I was HR Director. The two founders then reconnected me with the world of recruitment agencies. Indeed, I discovered a way of doing things that was completely different from what I had known before: rigorous monitoring of assignments and their progress every week thanks to a weekly progress report, a YourSide trademark, a promise to meet deadlines, and consultants who didn't bring me CVs, but proposed candidates with the personal conviction that these candidates were suited to the position and the company culture."

Martin Pajot
Collaborator
A graduate of a dual degree program in international management from NEOMA Business School and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, I have built my career around international openness and high standards. I joined YourSide in 2022 with the desire to invest in a stimulating environment, where I could both learn and contribute.
Initially focused on sourcing, I gradually moved toward full-service recruitment management. Collaborating with clients from a variety of sectors, sizes, and cultures, both in France and internationally, allows us to provide a 360-degree view of recruitment, serving the needs of both the company and the candidate.
I am convinced that recruitment is not just about filling a position. It is above all about bringing together two life projects: that of a company looking for skills and meaning, and that of a candidate ready to invest in a new professional adventure. This is what makes up the DNA of YourSide, it is this ability to place people at the heart of each mission, without ever compromising on the requirement or on quality.

Our commitments
-
Impeccable quality
-
Absolute transparency
-
Respect for deadlines
Making respect, diversity and sustainable impact the breeding ground for operational efficiency.
At YourSide , we approach recruitment as a strategic lever.
Beyond skills, it is about connecting individuals to a project, with the ambition of building lasting and value-creating collaborations.

Respect and relational expectations
Respect and consideration aren't posturing; they shape how we work, both internally and with our clients and candidates. Every interaction matters and reflects our standards.

Diversity, a founding conviction
YourSide was born from the meeting of two paths, two sensibilities, two life stories. This diversity is who we are, and we actively champion it in every mission.
We ensure that our shortlists are diverse, that we prevent any form of discrimination, and that skills take precedence over appearances or personal beliefs.
We also encourage our clients to take an open-minded look at profiles, whether they are young talents or more senior candidates.
Because talent has no age, no gender, no specific origin.

A controlled environmental impact
We favor sober and responsible practices: soft mobility, rational use of resources, optimized logistical choices.
Simple actions, consistent with our way of working: pragmatic, committed, useful.
Generosity,
at the heart of our commitment
At YourSide , we believe that a company's impact is not only measured by its results, but also by its ability to contribute, on its scale, to a fairer world.
Each year, we conduct at least two free recruitment assignments for non-profit organizations, to enable them to integrate the right talent despite limited resources.
We also devote time and energy to supporting professionals in their job search: advice, posture, CV, strategy, etc. These exchanges do not generate any revenue, but they are very meaningful.
Finally, we financially support initiatives that inspire us and share our values of commitment, innovation and solidarity:
-
The 42 : to promote equal opportunities through education, sport and inclusion.
-
Windcoop : to reinvent cleaner maritime transport using cargo sailboats.
-
Dunes des Airs : to support educational, environmental and social projects in isolated regions.
Taking action, even modestly, is already making a difference.
